At a time in my life where I didn't know where to turn to, Google to the rescue! Mark was responsive, empathetic, hard working, and honest. Mark took the job with short notice on my part. Mark and his employee Lisa were professional and a calming presence at a time when I felt lost. I highly recommend Bio-One Trenton-how can you go wrong with a business owner who is motivated and empathetic, like Mark is.

Sadly I recently needed this company recently and Mark was kind, compassionate, fair, and efficient. He made a terrible situation a little less painful.

They are efficient and kind, which is important in a business where the people they encounter may be going through an emotional time. I had no problem trusting them in my home and with my possessions. They put me at ease as I got rid of the accumulated "stuff" as I made my home more functional for myself in the light of some new medical issues. Their pricing is good, especially when compared with others in the same business. I thought they were worth every penny.

This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. We had to quickly prepare our hoarded home for my Mother-in-Law's hospice care. They were wonderful. Not only professional, prompt, and efficient, they were also just a joy to work with. They made a very emotional and frustrating process as painless as can be. I couldn't recommend working with them more. We've already scheduled with them again and they'll be our first call if ever we're in need.

I reached out to Mark about having our basement cleaned up from rodent droppings i discovered. He came by quickly and took a look and explained the process and sent an estimate soon after. Professional, efficient, and respectful. During a difficult time, we needed a deep/biohazard clean & floor removal in a short timeframe. Mark responded immediately and was meeting with us in person less than 12 hours later. He began the job (no easy feat) and worked tirelessly until is was completed far beyond our expectations. I called BioOneTrenton to help me get rid of a house full of garbage and stuff. I liked them right away because the owner answered the phone. With very little notice Mark arranged to meet, provide a quote, schedule his great team and get a 20 yard dumpster delivered during the week we were going to be in town. Mark, Charity and Chelsey, along with Daniel carted tons of stuff down four flights of stairs and filled two dumpsters with garbage and unwanted items in my condo. After emptying the place they did a deep clean so that my kitchen and bathroom were shining and the rugs were cleaned. I now have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom I can find. I plan on retaining their services again next year to attack a loft, walk-in closet and walk-in attic so I can sell it. I cannot say enough about how great they were and how they didn’t judge me for my “clutter”. We got along fantastically and they actually made a difficult situation fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of “clutter “ and their deep cleaning cannot be beat. Really looking forward to working with them again.

There are no words that can express my gratitude for their kindness and respect Mark, Charity and Chesley showed my Mom while decluttering, cleaning and removing 52 years of stuff. Mark did an awesome job sanitizing my whole house from covid19 after my mom passed away. He was on time, very polite and courteous. Every inch of the house was sprayed with the sanitizing solution and then he wiped down all of the high touch surfaces. A relatively quick process overall for a ranch style house. But after seeing what he did, I was left with the confidence that the house was sanitized properly and effectively. Thanks again Mark!

Thank you Bio One for quick and professional service. I had just moved into the town with my two sons, Michael and Sam. We were staying with my father till we got back on our feet. What we didn't know is that our world would be turned upside down. Apparently my Michael had gotten mixed up with some local boys who were lost on the path of life. After some late night partying with the "lost" boys, Michael was in over his head. While out one night with Max, a new male interest, these boys came over to start trouble. What ended up happening was nothing less than a scene out of night of the living dead. Vampires exploded everywhere leaving blood, guts, and body parts. BionOne Trenton to the rescue! Yah. The owner Mark was friendly and quick to assess the issue. They cleaned everything back to pre night stalker condition. I will mention that's Mark is a bit odd? strange? different? NO weird yes definitely weird!! Thank you again Bio One Trenton and now we know the biggest problem with this town... "Too many Damn Vampires"!

Couldn't be happier! I had a mouse infestation in the drop ceiling of my basement. I called for a quote and he actually pulled back some tiles and looked around. Then told me exactly what would be done. The quoted price is what I paid. It was more than half of what other companies were charging! They came in, removed all the tiles and cleaned everything! Did an amazing job! I cannot wait to use my basement! I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends and family.
