Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. They are efficient and kind, which is important in a business where the people they encounter may be going through an emotional time.
