I needed a deep cleanup for one of my bedrooms. I contacted Bio-one and Mark immediately got in touch with me to schedule my cleanup. He immediately made me feel comfortable with my situation where a company that I contacted before him did not. He came out within days and did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient , pricing was good, and they put my anxiety at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Mark was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and catered to all of my concerns. Don't be mistaken, Bio-one isn't just for large jobs. Mine was smaller and was treated with the same care that a larger undertaking would have been. Thank you!

I was 100% impressed! From the level of professionalism, the respect shown to us, the thoroughness of the work performed...I could not have asked for more. They held to the original estimate, both in price and time. The communication was clear and timely. I will definitely be using them again when I get to the basement!

I highly recommend Mark and his amazing crew. They are very good at what they do. They are efficient and kind, which is important in a business where the people they encounter may be going through an emotional time. I had no problem trusting them in my home and with my possessions. They put me at ease as I got rid of the accumulated "stuff" as I made my home more functional for myself in the light of some new medical issues. Their pricing is good, especially when compared with others in the same business. I thought they were worth every penny.

"We’re so grateful to Bio-One for the hard work they did helping us reorganize our house, sort through all our belongings and decide what to throw out, donate and keep to be used again. Both Mark and Charity couldn’t have been more professional and caring while helping us with this overwhelming task. Are so happy we did choose Bio-One and would not think twice about using them again, although NOW we feel we really have organization under control. If anyone needs a perfect company to do an overwhelming sorting and cleaning job, Bio-One is the company for the job. Thank you so much Mark and Charity for the excellent job. Les and Suzanne"

My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs!

I called on a Sunday morning to have our house cleaned up after a severe bleeding incident the night before. Mark and Charity were able to come to the house to assess the damage that afternoon. They arrived Monday morning at 8:30 and left the place immaculate that afternoon. They provided before and after pictures for the insurance company. I was more than impressed with their work and professionalism.
