I reached out to Mark about having our basement cleaned up from rodent droppings i discovered. He came by quickly and took a look and explained the process and sent an estimate soon after. He was very accommodating to my schedule and easy to work with. I appreciate a business that is responsive and professional. The basement looks great, thank you guys!

Mark was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and catered to all of my concerns. Don't be mistaken, Bio-one isn't just for large jobs. Mine was smaller and was treated with the same care that a larger undertaking would have been. Thank you!

I called on a Sunday morning to have our house cleaned up after a severe bleeding incident the night before. Mark and Charity were able to come to the house to assess the damage that afternoon. They arrived Monday morning at 8:30 and left the place immaculate that afternoon. They provided before and after pictures for the insurance company. I was more than impressed with their work and professionalism.

Bio-One Trenton did excellent work for our family. They work very hard and are very knowledgeable and skilled at the work. They kept us informed and were very sensitive and kind with emotional issues that came up about decreasing our belongings. After they cleaned, the rooms looked far better than I thought was possible. The Bio-One Trenton staff were exactly right for us. I completely recommend them and if I ever need these services again, I would always hire them.
