When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
"My mother is a hoarder. I had to move her out of her home and bring her to an assisted living community in my home state. Being from out of state, I didn't know where or who to turn to. My family and friends have never dealt with something like this before, so I was on my own to figure it out. I started searching for hormarding companies and found these guys. Over the course of 5 days, the filled FIVE 30 cubic yard dumpsters with the remnants of my mother's hoarding life. Alongthe way, they found and preserved everyphotograph, piece of jewelry, and piece of mail or memorabilia that they could find. The crew was kind, caring and compassionate. They made it their mission to help me retrieve the memories I had from childhood, as well as all financial documentation I needed to get my mother's estate in order. The found old family albums, death and birth certificates, letters between my parents, and thousands of memories. I will be forever grateful and indebted to Randall, Mark, Charity and others for their professionalism, thoroughness, care and compassion. If you're dealing with a hoarding situation, you need a company that's not just going to throw things out. Anyone can do that. Instead, you need a company like Bio One Trenton, because not only will they fo a 5-star job on the cleanout AND clean up, they will make it their mission to find and preserve the things that are most important in life... memories. Thank you again, Bio One team."

I was 100% impressed! From the level of professionalism, the respect shown to us, the thoroughness of the work performed...I could not have asked for more. They held to the original estimate, both in price and time. The communication was clear and timely. I will definitely be using them again when I get to the basement!

Mark is such a great person, when my family was in need and time was of the essence he was kind, compassionate and was able to accommodate our needs in the short timeframe we had. I was coordinating from across the country which can be tricky and a little nerve-wracking to trust people you have never met in person but we hit the jackpot with Bio One and Mark. Thank you again for everything you did to help my family.

We had a hoarding situation and Mark and his crew were amazing! They were respectful of the resident, completely nonjudgmental and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning out and cleaning. They made a difficult time much easier.

Mark and his team helped us when we lost a family member and had to clean out the house. Unfortunately it was also a hoarding situation. Not only did they do a great job, but was able to complete the job in two days. Thank you for helping us through a very difficult time.

Mark @ Bio-One did an awesome job with a situation we had. He came out and explained the entire process. Texted me when the job was completed and left the area spotless. Job well done.
Robert Cordero, Somerville, 10/13/2019
Professional, efficient, and respectful. During a difficult time, we needed a deep/biohazard clean & floor removal in a short timeframe. Mark responded immediately and was meeting with us in person less than 12 hours later. He began the job (no easy feat) and worked tirelessly until is was completed far beyond our expectations. This all occurred within 24 hours of initial contact. Mark continued to follow up with us, to make sure all our needs were met. He provided invaluable advice during an overwhelming time. Reaching out to Bio-One was the best decision we made.
