When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
They were extremely helpful and professional in a difficult time. They provided both a biohazard clean up as well as a moving clean up for me. They were extremely efficient and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Mark about having our basement cleaned up from rodent droppings i discovered. He came by quickly and took a look and explained the process and sent an estimate soon after. He was very accommodating to my schedule and easy to work with. I appreciate a business that is responsive and professional. The basement looks great, thank you guys!

This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. The price was right and the effort and professionalism was top notch!!! LWH

Mark, Charity, and everyone at Bio One have been unbelievably kind, quick, honest, collaborative, and hardworking as they've helped us clean out a deeply hoarded house. I don't know what we would have done without them! I can't believe that within less than a week's time, they were able to come out, assess the job, and clear everything out as well as they did. They handled the job with such integrity and care knowing how difficult it is to tackle a job like this.

Thank you Bio One for quick and professional service. I had just moved into the town with my two sons, Michael and Sam. We were staying with my father till we got back on our feet. What we didn't know is that our world would be turned upside down. Apparently my Michael had gotten mixed up with some local boys who were lost on the path of life. After some late night partying with the "lost" boys, Michael was in over his head. While out one night with Max, a new male interest, these boys came over to start trouble. What ended up happening was nothing less than a scene out of night of the living dead. Vampires exploded everywhere leaving blood, guts, and body parts. BionOne Trenton to the rescue! Yah. The owner Mark was friendly and quick to assess the issue. They cleaned everything back to pre night stalker condition. I will mention that's Mark is a bit odd? strange? different? NO weird yes definitely weird!! Thank you again Bio One Trenton and now we know the biggest problem with this town... "Too many Damn Vampires"!

"I can't say enough WONDERFUL THINGS about this company. And about owner Mark in particular and our cleaning-person-on-location, Charity (whose name couldn't be more perfect of her character). Our story: We were faced with the sad and overwhelming task of having to clean out an elderly family member's apartment; she had lived there for about 50 years. It was filled with stuff! She's 89 and we had to move her to a nursing home due to onset of dementia. She had been neglecting the place terribly for many years; it was so dirty and messy and just piled with STUFF. Lots and lots and lots of STUFF. WELL: Mark and his team were FANTASTIC, professional, conscientious, and caring, sending us photos of things and asking, ""keep? toss? donate?"" They carefully set aside things that they thought might be valuable and asked us about it before just throwing the stuff away. They also lovingly secured any pieces of jewelry, possible valuables, sentimental family photos, etc. They put real thought and compassion into their cleaning-out work. We are managing this task from 3 hours away (three different family households; none of us are Trenton locals). To say that we felt Joan's things and this apartment were secure and comfortable in Mark and team's trusted hands is an understatement. We felt SO WELL TAKEN CARE OF by the BioOne Trenton Team! They added so much heart and care to an otherwise difficult, and at times very unpleasant and dirty, task. As a result of Mark and Charity's (and others whose names I don't know, sorry!) hard, hard (and heart-filled!) work, we were able to get a small, two-bedroom apartment -- complete with precarious steps leading to the entirely upstairs apartment --CLEANED OUT and emptied and spotless IN THREE DAYS' TIME. Two days for the clean-out and sorting process (emptying it). One final day for a very, very deep clean. I'll show before and after photos below! The expense was justified; we knew not to settle for a ""less expensive"" place; we know because we tried. It was a disaster. Pay the money; get it done right! Mark and his team work HARD and they deserve to get paid not just a decent wage but an exemplary one! They go above and beyond! The other cheaper company we tried to hire said they'd do it for so much less but we had to be the ones hauling it all to the curb. Ummmm, NO. This company, BioOne Trenton, does it all from going to the place for a personal look through to do an estimatge, to driving up to your door the first day, to mucking out the place, to separating and sorting ""All That Stuff"" into KEEP / TOSS / DONATE piles, to checking in with the customer several times a day (which I welcomed! I love open, transparent communication!), to loading it up in their trucks, to hauling it away, and then, on the final day, to cleaning the entire apartment top to bottom, every corner, every crevice. It was shining clean when it was done! We were so impressed. I will always use only BioOne Trenton for my Trenton-area cleaning-out needs! THANK YOU to Mark and Charity and the whole team for a STELLAR JOB and for allowing us to relax about the apartment, knowing it was in BioOne's capable hands, which allowed us to focus on so many of the other difficult ""elder care issues"" we have to deal with. Emotionally, this is just a really challenging time for our family, but Mark and Charity and the team gave us peace of mind, professionalism, stellar top-notch customer service, a fair price, and even a compassionate listening ear for when I got emotional about all of this. BioOne is simply THE BEST. If you're searching for a cleanup crew that will not just meet but EXCEED your expectations, please, do yourself a favor and look no further. CALL THIS COMPANY TODAY and book your estimate, and then, HIRE THEM. They are simply THE BEST in town. --Kathleen (DC/MD area), Dorothy (Northeast PA), and Steve (North Jersey) (note: zero Trenton connections and we trusted them to do ALL OF THIS while we never stepped a foot in Trenton to check in on them in person)"
