The Bio One Team was professional and swift. Our family thought it was impossible to clear a loved one's home and make it livable again but Mark, Charity and Chelsey made it possible in record time. If you or your loved one need a filthy hoarder house cleaned out, then I highly recommend Bio-One of Trenton. Mark and his crew handled the junk removal delicately and respectfully. They carefully recovered valuables, personal items of sentimental value, family photos, diplomas, and such. They attacked some of the dirtiest areas and left them spotless. What impressed me most, though, was their compassion. Each member of the team made it clear that they recognize the difficulties their customers face during a physically and emotionally demanding ordeal. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel like I had support during the clean out. I walked into a situation that I knew was too much for me. It was an extreme hoarding situation and I was ready to just walk away. My husband found Mark and his team and I am now excited with the possibilities that come with this house. This team was a blessing when we needed it the most and I can not praise them enough.
