Mark and his team helped me with a very difficult situation this past week with my sister who was living in an apartment in squalor and was a hoarder. He was so compassionate and was truly an angel. Mark and the Bio-One team were truly phenomenal to work with. Our reason for working together was one of tragedy and he showed the upmost respect and consideration. I called on a Sunday morning to have our house cleaned up after a severe bleeding incident the night before. Mark and Charity were able to come to the house to assess the damage that afternoon. They arrived Monday morning at 8:30 and left the place immaculate that afternoon. They provided before and after pictures for the insurance company. I was more than impressed with their work and professionalism.
